Advice from senior finance professionals: You should be able to summarize
1. A good team is important. 2. You have to summarize. 3. Don't be afraid to try. Courage is your asset. 4. You need goals.
Before I get into the topic, let me tell you a little bit about my experience.
In 2007, I took part in GMC 6. At that time, I studied and worked together with more than 20 excellent friends from all over China. Thinking back to the past, still let me recall endless is that we shared the time. As a matter of fact, I am still in contact with them. I also have colleagues at wealth management companies now.
Several things I think I can share with you.
First, A good team is important.
Good leadership and a fighting team often make the work twice as effective. What you get in the GMC is not just an OFFER or an opportunity, but the people you surround yourself with.
Work is an output. In this process, your leader will point out the direction, and your partner will control the quality and quantity of output. And the GMC gives you an idea of that in advance.
After attending the GMC training, I joined Minamifuji. At that time, foreign companies could provide the opportunity is quite attractive, and I was also responsible for and participated in large and small projects. Working overseas for a project has happened for months. Although I majored in finance, I also worked on factory reform projects, talent recruitment projects and agency operation projects. Management consulting projects pose great challenges to individuals, but also bring pressure to the commissioning companies, so Later Minamifuji set up the Business Consulting Division, and Minamifuji began to participate in various projects.
Second, You have to summarize.
Responsible for management consulting projects, each project from scratch. And each project is very important and difficult.
No one is perfect, and no one is born knowing how. There are many reasons behind success, and failure is also preparation for the next startup, so always review and figure out how to make the next effort.
Constantly review, summing up experience, summing up mistakes, methods to avoid stepping on the same pit.
Third, Don't be afraid to try. Courage is your asset.
Chairman Sugiyama, chairman of Minamifuji, once said that anything that does not endanger life is acceptable. Youth may be reckless, may fall, may go astray. But your biggest advantage is that you have plenty of time to turn around and start over. When you fall, an experienced person will tell you why you fell and how to avoid it next time.
Fourth, You need goals.
Time is your advantage, but be slightly better than your peers. Whether you know exactly what you need at the moment or not, make sure you have a goal that is appropriate for the moment. And be good at splitting goals, so that they can step by step to implement, and strive to achieve the goal. As you complete one goal after another, you will find that you are far better than your peers.
Whatever choice you make in the future, know what you're doing. It's time to plan and build your future. My story and advice are only one thing, but we hope that you can explore the best path for yourself through these suggestions and future opportunities. Just like the concept of Minamifuji: talents create business, you create new business.
