Minamifuji was founded in 1944,as the predecessor of Minamifuji sugiyama Timber Company.
Since then, we have carried out human resource development and extensive business on the basis of "Human Resource Development".
At present, Minamifuji mainly contracts for roofing and exterior works of houses and has consolidated its foundation in constructure-related fields. In addition, we have been engaged in human resource development and import business in China and Asia for 50 years.
We focus on people and the connection (human network) and operate first and best businesses.
I am an active manager and knowledge leader and creator. We continue to dream, train people, create and challenge businesses like never before. Minamifuji
uses its intellectual assets (wisdom, information, network, etc.) to work for the Asian network including Japan. Our goal is to become a new Value Group (NVG) based on social contribution, return and income.
And develop into a "social enterprise", constantly creating new value.
